Using the Site
- You may browse, shop and share the Site for personal, non-commercial use.
- Don’t scrape, copy, mirror or republish our prints, product photos, copy or design; don’t try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site or other users’ accounts; don’t upload anything unlawful, defamatory or infringing (e.g. in reviews or messages).
- We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Content & accuracy
We try hard to keep prices, stock and descriptions accurate, but mistakes happen. We can correct errors, change or withdraw products, and update content at any time without notice. Product photos are for illustration; colours can differ slightly on screen.
Reviews & user content
If you post a review, photo or message, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it on the Site and in our marketing (with your handle, where relevant). You confirm you own it and it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights. We may edit or remove user content at our discretion.
Third-party links & services
The Site links to third parties (payment via Razorpay, courier tracking pages, Instagram). Their sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We’re not responsible for them.
Intellectual property
Everything on the Site. Prints, graphics, photography, text, logos and the Whats Down name. Belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
Disclaimer & liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude warranties about its availability or accuracy, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India and the courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
