These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every purchase you make on whatsdown.in (the “Store”), operated by Whats Down (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them, so please give them a read. Last updated: 19 August 2026.
1. Products & descriptions
Our products are digitally printed 100% cotton poplin boxers, face masks and related apparel, envisioned, designed and made in India. We describe and photograph everything as accurately as we can; colours may vary slightly between screens and fabric, and prints are placed by hand so no two pairs are exactly alike. Sizes follow the size guide on each product page. Please check it before ordering.
2. Orders & acceptance
An order is confirmed when payment is received and you get our confirmation email with an order number. We may cancel or refuse an order where a product is unavailable, a price or description was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we do, any amount paid is refunded in full to the original payment method.
3. Pricing & payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is taken securely through Razorpay. UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. We never see or store your card details.
- Promotional offers (free masks, free shipping thresholds) are applied automatically at checkout and can be changed or withdrawn at any time; they don’t apply retroactively.
4. Shipping
Delivery timelines, charges and what to do if a parcel goes astray are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Returns, exchanges & refunds
Because these are innerwear and personal-use products, all sales are final: we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds once an order is placed. The only exceptions are items that arrive damaged or are not what you ordered, reported within 48 hours of delivery as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Cancellations are only possible before dispatch.
6. Your account
You may check out as a guest or create an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us at support@whatsdown.in if you think it’s been misused.
7. Intellectual property
All prints, designs, photographs, text, logos and the Whats Down name are owned by or licensed to us. You’re welcome to share photos of yourself in our boxers (please do. Tag @shopwhatsdown), but you may not reproduce our prints, product images or content for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your purchase.
