Short version: we ship everywhere in India, orders leave us within 1–2 working days, and most parcels land in 2–5 days. Free shipping on orders over ₹1,499; a flat ₹99 below that.
Where we ship
All over India, to any serviceable PIN code. We don’t ship internationally yet. If you’re outside India and keen, write to us and we’ll see what we can do.
Shipping charges
- Orders of ₹1,499 and above: free shipping.
- Orders below ₹1,499: a flat ₹99, shown at checkout before you pay.
- Orders over ₹999 also get a surprise free mask popped into the parcel.
Dispatch & delivery times
- Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 working days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).
- Metro cities: usually 2–3 days from dispatch. Rest of India: 3–5 days. Remote PIN codes can take a little longer.
- Sale periods and festive seasons can add a day or two. We’ll tell you on the product page if that’s the case.
Tracking your order
You’ll get an email (and SMS, where we have your number) with the order number as soon as you pay, and the courier tracking details when it ships. You can also check any time on our Track your order page: just the order number, no login.
Address & delivery attempts
Please double-check your address, PIN code and phone number at checkout. Couriers call before delivery. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable (wrong address, no one available after repeated attempts, refused), we’ll get in touch to re-ship; re-shipping may carry an additional courier charge.
Damaged or wrong items
Open the parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, email support@whatsdown.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it out. Please note all sales are otherwise final. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
