Short version: all sales are final. We don’t offer exchanges, returns or refunds on any product. Every pair is packed fresh and, being innerwear, can’t be restocked once it’s left us.
Before you order
- Check the size guide on every product page. Measurements are in inches and centimetres, and the fit is relaxed with an inner elastic waistband (no drawstrings) that keeps you in place. Between sizes? Go one up for lounging.
- Colours are photographed in daylight; screens vary a little.
- All our products are hand and machine washable. Wash cold with similar colours and line dry to keep prints loud.
Something wrong with your delivery?
If a parcel arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, write to support@whatsdown.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it out.
Cancellations
Orders go into packing quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched it can’t be cancelled or refunded.
