  2. Delivery Time:
    Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days within India. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and the courier service's efficiency. We rely on reliable courier partners to deliver your orders promptly.

  3. Order Tracking:
    Once your product is verified and shipped, we will send you an email notification with the tracking details. You can use this information to track the progress of your package.   6. Shipping Options and Charges:
    We offer FREE shipping for all orders across India. However, if you wish to expedite the delivery, we provide multiple options for faster shipping. Please contact us through message or chat to learn more about expedited shipping options and associated charges.

  7. Packaging:
    We take utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use specially designed renewable boxes that undergo meticulous quality checks before dispatch. Our packaging is designed to protect the contents of the box and can be easily disposed of after opening. The boxes are then placed in recyclable courier bags for transportation by our courier partners to the final destination. We do provide gift packaging at an additional charge, please contact us through message or chat to learn more.

  8. Order Cancellation:
    To cancel an order, please email us with your order ID and phone number. We will get in touch with you to assist in the cancellation process. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In case of any errors or changes after checkout, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  9. Order Confirmation:
    An order confirmation is sent immediately to your registered email address upon successful placement of an order. If you have made the payment but have not received the confirmation email, please contact us directly. We are here to assist you and address any concerns you may have.

  10. Cash on Delivery (COD) Option:
